Common topics
- Location access: Check iOS settings to make sure location permission is enabled for Un|discovered.
- Discovery progress: Sync the app again if visited areas are not visible immediately.
- Points and coins: Check that location access is active and the app was able to sync your progress.
- Login: Make sure your email address and password are correct and that your account has been verified.
- Notifications: Push notifications must be allowed in iOS settings.
Delete account or data
If you want your account or stored data deleted, contact us at undiscovered@startwind.io using the email address of your account.
